Cranberry, ginger, and the honey-sweetness of Bärenjäger give us holiday leftovers that can be enjoyed at any time of year.

"What inspires this cocktail is food during the holidays. The honey bourbon played wonderfully with the Frangelico and the pear liqueur to create the same flavor of a holiday treat. The whipped cream and the almond milk add the creaminess that you would expect. The rosemary, ginger, and cranberry bitters add a whole dimension to the flavors which come together to make for not only a great cocktail, but a wonderful experience." - Created by Clyde Perkins of Murrays


  • 1.5 ounces Bärenjäger
  • .5 ounce Frangelico
  • .5 ounce St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • ginger (to taste)
  • lemon juice (to taste)
  • 2 full droppers Bittermen's Spiced Cranberry Bitters
  • 2.5 ounces almond milk
  • whipped cream (sprayed for 2 seconds)


Place ginger, rosemary, bitters, lemon juice in mixing glass and muddle. Add Bärenjäger, Frangelico, and St George to glass as well as almond milk. Dry shake whipped cream in shakers. Add all ingredients together and dry shake one more time. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into coupe. Garnish with cranberry and mint sprig.
