Tales of the Cocktail® Launches New Digital Hub for Spirits Industry aims to be the online destination for industry professionals.

NEW ORLEANS, LA – August 24, 2015 –The team behind the world-renowned Tales of the Cocktail® festivals is proud to announce the launch of the all-new The new site will highlight what's now, new, and next in the spirits industry and extend the excitement, learning, and community feel of the over 200 international events Tales of the Cocktail® hosts each year.

The site will feature in-depth coverage of the latest cocktail news, trends, bartender profiles, recipes, product launches, tools, techniques, and spirits history, while providing an inside look at unique cocktail cultures around the globe. It will also cover related topics such as art, music, fashion, and film while encouraging community participation and engagement.

“I am always so excited to find new ways that we can extend our mission of growing a stronger, smarter and more connected industry,” said Ann Tuennerman, co-founder of Tales of the Cocktail®. “We have put a year of work into developing a site that I know will be the go-to resource for cocktail professionals everywhere.”

In developing the new site, Tales of the Cocktail® has partnered with Mother Nature Network (MNN), a leading media company whose equity partners include CNN and Discovery Communications. “It’s only natural that the company which hosts the world’s leading events for the spirits industry should also host the world’s leading website for the industry. Working on a project like this has been a tremendous opportunity,” said Joel Babbit, MNN’s CEO.

The new site will also provide brands, both large and small, a range of innovative sponsorship and advertising opportunities to reach the top bartenders, bar owners, retailers, and industry influencers around the globe. Founding sponsors include Bacardi® Rums, GREY GOOSE® Vodkas, and Dewar’s® Blended Scotch Whiskies.

The new is the latest in a growing list of year-round initiatives from Tales of the Cocktail® to support and grow the international cocktail industry. In addition to the main event held in New Orleans, now in its 13th year, Tales of the Cocktail® also produces Tales of the Cocktail® on Tour, a satellite festival held in emerging cocktail cities around the world, and Tales 365®, a membership program with exclusive access to Tales of the Cocktail® content and events.
