Portland-based bartender and author Jacob Grier is a champion of using beer to add a dimension to traditional cocktails. In particular, he loves employing hoppy IPA in tiki drinks. In this video, Grier uses Breakside's Wanderlust Fresh Hop IPA to add richness to a traditional Mai Tai.
