Tasting Room Spirit Orders

  • Based on your recipes you will need to calculate the total amount of product needed for your entire event (all brands).
  • Your complete order must be placed with Tales of the Cocktail on or before May 1, 2020 (no exceptions).
  • We will invoice you for a monetary donation equal to the amount of product purchased, inclusive of tax.
  • We will coordinate with the primary contact on delivery or pickup for the event.
  • All spirits will be the property of the tasting room host once delivered. No returns will be made to the distributor.

Making sure that you have the items that you shipped to the hotel for your Tasting Room session is a critical piece of having a successful Tasting Room Session.

  • Packages should be sent in no earlier than 5 business days prior to event.
  • All packages must follow the hotel's shipping policy (DOWNLOAD HERE).

All packages and boxes shipped to the hotel will be accessed a storage and cartage fee based upon the following schedule:

  • $5 per package 0-19 LBS
  • $20 per package 20-60 LBS
  • $25 per package 60+ LBS
  • $250 per crate/pallet
