Created by Carlos Ruiz of Agricola (Princeton, NJ).
- 1 ounce Aylesbury Duck Vodka
- 1 ounce Amaro Averna
- 3⁄4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3⁄4 ounce Domaine de Canton
- 1⁄2 ounce rich syrup
- 2 dashes Bittermens Hellfire Bitters
- 2 ounces club soda
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except for the club soda. Shake with ice and double strain into old fashioned glass filled with a 2x2 ice cube and top off with the club soda. Garnish with nice mint bouquet.
