Created by Cocktail & Sons (New Orleans, LA) in conjunction with the launch of their new, limited-run fassionola syrup.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Cocktail & Sons Fassionola
  • prosecco or cava
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 lemon twist

Directions

Pour the Fassionola into a Champagne flute. Fill with prosecco or cava and top with the Peychaud's Bitters. Stir briefly and garnish with a lemon twist.
