Past the Breakers
- 1⁄2 ounce Cocktail & Sons Fassionola
- prosecco or cava
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 lemon twist
Pour the Fassionola into a Champagne flute. Fill with prosecco or cava and top with the Peychaud's Bitters. Stir briefly and garnish with a lemon twist.
