Meet Tales' 15th Anniversary Cocktail: The Parish Fish House Punch
The French 75 Bar team is bringing back their cheeky version of the classic "Philadelphia Fish House Punch."
The French 75 Bar team wanted to come up with a punch to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Tales, and they've done so resoundingly. They're bringing back a cheekier version of the classic "Philadelphia Fish House Punch" with this strong and sassy punch.
In the words of rum expert and historian Wayne Curtis (a 2017 Spirited Awards finalist for Best Cocktail & Spirits Writer), "Punch is the classic example of a drink that began on the high seas then grew legs and moved inland." We'll drink to that.

- 1 oz Copper & Kings Apple Brandy

- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz House Peach Cordial
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- grated nutmeg
