Latitude 29's Deadbeat Daiquiri

Latitude 29's frozen daiquiri recipe is just as complex and refreshing as the tiki cocktails they're known for.

Created at Latitude 29 in New Orleans, Louisiana.


  • 2 ounces Caña Brava 7-Year-Old Reserva Añeja Rum
  • 4 whole lychee nuts
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 12 ounce simple syrup (1:1)
  • 12 ounce maraschino liqueur
  • 14 ounce Mahina Coco Liqueur
  • 1 dash Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
  • 112 cup crushed ice


Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend at high speed for up to 20 seconds, until frappéd. Pour unstrained into Cocktail Kingdom Pearl Diver glass or Latitude 29 mug. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and edible orchid.
