Seasonal fruits and herbs pair with Grey Goose in a warm, wintry cocktail. Created by Brooke Flaherty of Erin Rose and Ashley Carswell of Cosimo’s Bar. PS: Enjoy this cocktail on December 8 at our annual Tales of the Toddy! Get your tickets here.


  • 112 ounce Grey Goose Vodka
  • 212 ounce unfiltered apple juice
  • 34 ounce pomegranate juice
  • herb/spice mix to taste
  • Satsuma orange wedge dipped in cinnamon sugar with a rosemary sprig


Cook apple/pomegranate juice over heat and add herbal/spice mixture. Simmer until warm, add cinnamon stick and vodka. Serve warm, add garnish.

Herb/Spice Mix:

1.5 tablespoons Cardamom

1.5 tablespoons white cloves

1 cup brown sugar

3 large sprigs fresh rosemary

Pinch salt

2 cinnamon sticks

Makes enough for 20 cocktails
