GIN-ger SNAP Toddy
A touch of Bärenjäger and a gingersnap cookie make for a fun spin on everyone's favorite cold-weather concoction. Created by Clinth Lopez and Kate Buanaflor of Kilo Bravo Bar.
- 1 ounce Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur
- 2 ounces Plymouth Gin
- 1⁄2 ounce SNAP Liqueur
- cinnamon stick
- dried apple ring
Crush gingersnap cookie into a powder. Line rim of a 10 oz. mug with lemon juice. Dip mug into the cookie powder. Add ingredients to the mug, then fill with hot water. Serve with joy!
