  • 112 ounce London Dry Gin
  • 12 ounce Combier
  • 12 ounce simple syrup
  • 12 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 large basil leaves


Dry shake the liquid ingredients, matcha and 1 basil leaf with the egg white, and then shake with ice. Strain into a collins glass with ice, garnish with the other basil leaf.
