Dance of Dragons
Dance of Dragons, created by Rosalia Costello of The Violet Hour, is a holiday-inspired cocktail submitted for our Barenjager Holiday Cocktail Competition. Here's what Rosalia had to say: "This cocktail is essentially the culmination of many Italian Christmas desserts that are reminiscent of the holiday spirit of my upbringing. Zuppa Inglese is a layered dessert with cake that is soaked in/brushed with rum (re: Smith & Cross); Struffoli are fried dough balls dipped in honey (re: Barenjager Honey Liqueur); Panettone is a bread filled with dried fruit (re: some of the dried stone fruit and baking spice notes from Amaro di Angostura). The deep reds and forest greens add additional holiday spirit."
