Classic Toddy Riff

  • 2 oz Whistlepig 10 Year
  • ½ oz lemon
  • ½ oz star anise simple syrup
  • 4 Dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Spritz of absinthe
  • Top with chamomile tea
  • Lemon peel
  • Orange peel
  • Cinnamon Stick

Directions: Rinse the glass with absinthe and burn it. Add in the glass 2 oz of Whistlepig 10 Yr, 1/2 oz lemon, 1/2 oz star anise, 4 dashes of Angostura. Top it with chamomile tea and stir. Garnish with orange & lemon peels. Add burnt cinnamon stick.
