Chartreuse Milkshake

Alcoholic milkshake on a marble tabletop
A grown-up Crème de Cacao-based milkshake made with Malagasy Chocolate Bitters.

  • 1.5 ounces Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
  • 0.5 ounce White Crème de Cacao
  • 0.5 ounce Green Chartreuese
  • 0.5 ounce orange juice
  • 0.5 ounce lime juice
  • 0.75 ounce simple syrup 1:1
  • 2 dashes Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 raw cacao bean, shaved
  • 1 egg white


Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a few shavings of raw cacao bean.
