Created by Lauren Mote, Co-Proprietor of Bittered Sling Extracts (Vancouver, Canada).
- 1.5 ounces Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
- 0.5 ounce White Crème de Cacao
- 0.5 ounce Green Chartreuese
- 0.5 ounce orange juice
- 0.5 ounce lime juice
- 0.75 ounce simple syrup 1:1
- 2 dashes Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters
- 1 raw cacao bean, shaved
- 1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a few shavings of raw cacao bean.
