Enjoy the Best of Both Worlds with the Beer Americano
Italian beer, Campari and Cinzano 1757 Rosso combine for a light, yet complex cocktail. Created by Tommaso Cecca of Caffè Trussardi in Milan.
- 2 ounces Cinzano 1757 Rosso
- 2 ounces Campari
- 1 Italian beer shaken for 10-15 seconds (preferably Moretti)
Build the cocktail in a large wine glass with just enough ice to chill the drink down. Combine Campari and Cinzano 1757 Rosso and stir. Top with beer foam and garnish with orange zest.
