Lynn House was well ahead of her time when she created this cocktail in the early aughts.
- 11⁄2 ounce Belvedere Citrus vodka
- 3⁄4 ounce Martini and Rossi Bianco Vermouth
- 1 ounce cucumber juice
- 1 egg white
- 1⁄2 ounce lemon juice
- 1⁄2 ounce rosemary syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, dry shake first. Once egg white is integrated into cocktails add ice and re shake. Serve up. Garnish with a slice of lemon and cucumber.
