Tales of the Cocktail and LUPEC Announce Dame Hall of Fame Inductees
Five renowned cocktail women will be inducted into the Dame Hall of Fame® at a special luncheon during Tales of the Cocktail® 2015.
NEW ORLEANS – April 2, 2015—Tales of the Cocktail® and Ladies United for the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails (LUPEC) started The Dame Hall of Fame® to recognize exceptional women in the spirits industry whose hard work and dedication to the craft is changing the way we drink. For the fourth year, Tales and LUPEC will salute another deserving class of women from across the country for their contributions to the cocktail arts as the newest members of The Dame Hall of Fame®. These exceptional women will be honored at a special ceremony and luncheon on Friday July 17 at Ruth’s Chris Steak House as part of the 13th Annual Tales of the Cocktail®.

“To witness and reward others for their deeds takes awareness, effort and kindness. Thank you for noticing the passion, excitement, vitality and courage that the spirit world has inspired us with,” said Melanie Asher, 2015 Dame Hall of Fame® inductee. “We share the goal of all the women in our industry, which is to pass the torch to the next generation.”
The Dame Hall of Fame® induction ceremony will be part of a special four-course, five-cocktail luncheon featuring the different expressions of Casa Noble Tequila.
