Cajun Aces star chefs Cody and Samantha Carroll, chef de cuisine Ian Mitchell, and beverage director Norton Christopher will host a meal pairing modern local cuisine and exquisite cocktails.

Cocktails made with Sazerac Rye, Peychaud’s Aperitivo, Buffalo Trace, Ojen and Wheatley Vodka will be paired with a 5 course meal. Enjoy a spirited conversation on Ojen and the history of rye in New Orleans lead by drinks historian Elizabeth Pearce.
