Join the Social
No need to wait for July to join in on the fun, you can start hanging out with us already through some of the various social networking sites that we subscribe to:
Twitter is a service that allows users to post short quick notices about what they are doing, or what they are thinking about.
Users can follow their friends, and keep up-do-date on what's going on where. You can update your status from their website, or even from your phone! Using special keywords, known as "hash-tags", anybody can find "tweets" (the slang term used to describe the messages that people post to twitter) about particular topics or events. Are you a Twitter user? If so, just include the special hash-tag #TOTC when you tweet about Tales!
Facebook is a popular social networking site that allows people to find, and stay in contact with, all of their friends.
Like twitter it allows you to set your "status", but it also allows you to send private messages, participate in groups, sign up for events, as well as run special integrated applications.
Flickr is an image hosting service that allows you to post your digital pictures on the web so they can be shared with friends.
It's a great way to provide a visual record of where you've been and what you've been doing. By tagging your photos you can also make it easy to find photos associated with a particular event, place, or person.
When you post pictures about "Tales of the Cocktail" to Flickr, tag them with TalesOftheCocktail to share them with the community!
The Straight Pour with Paul and Ann Tuennerman
The Straight Pour is a weekly libation conversation hosted by Ann and Paul Tuennerman on 690 WIST-AM.

The Liquid Muse’s Tales of the Cocktail Videocasts 2010
After the success of The Liquid Muse’s Tales of the Cocktail Videocasts 2008 & 2009, we are doing it again! The Liquid Muse is teaming with the Small Screen Network to produce 4 podcasts, plus episode of Inspired Sips with The Liquid Muse.
Three of the Tales videocasts will highlight seminars, parties, attendees and experts as well as a special interview with that video’s sponsor. The fourth podcast Live From the Red Carpet features the dazzle and delight leading up to the 2010 Spirited Awards, including interviews with nominees and footage from the award ceremony.
This year, the additional “best of” reel will be released as an episode of Inspired Sips with The Liquid Muse, a Tasty-Award nominated online cocktail show co-produced by The Liquid Muse and Small Screen Network.
