
Sean Finter has an extensive 20 year background in the hospitality industry, having worked with some of the world’s most successful hospitality operations and owning his own bar/restaurants. In the late 1990’s he began as a consultant working with distressed businesses in Sydney, Australia.
He quickly gained a reputation for turning struggling businesses around at a remarkable pace by focusing primarily on business reporting and management/staff training. His holistic approach of working with restaurant owners, management teams and front line staff quickly attracted the attention of some of the top venues in the world, who are now among his clients.
Starting with the core belief that "you can’t improve what you can’t measure," in 10 years Barmetrix has grown into a company that services hundreds of bars and restaurants each week in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the USA. The company success is attributed to their ability to coach their clients to healthier profits and happier, more focused staff/management.
Sean continues as CEO of this small company with big plans! With his revolutionary custom-built software suite and talented team of consultants, Barmetrix is determined to change the hospitality industry.
A recent transplant to the USA, Sean and key members of his international team celebrated the opening of the new Barmetrix Headquarters in Washington DC in June. Sean now lives in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife, Jenny, and their 3 children.
