
Christy Pope is a beverage industry professional, who has been at the forefront of the craft cocktail movement for the last decade. As an original member of the Milk & Honey team in 2001 and again as an original bartender at Little Branch in 2005, she helped evolve these establishments into two of the world most prestigious craft cocktail bars.
In 2006 she joined forces with partners Chad Solomon and Sasha Petraske to create Cuff & Buttons cocktail catering. Within the catering community she and her partners have both pioneered and set the gold standard for beverage catering and the creation of craft cocktail experiences at events worldwide. In addition to her work with Cuff & Buttons, Christy travels the globe consulting with the elite beverage agency, Liquid Relations. She greatly enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion with clients that range from independent bars and restaurants to hotel chains both large and small.
Christy is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Beverage Alcohol Resource-Spirits and Mixology program. She is recognized by her peers and presents annually at the Tales of the Cocktail and Starchefs conferences. With Cuff & Buttons™, she was nominated for Daily Candy’s “Sweetie” award in 2007, honored with Food & Wine’s “100 must tastes of 2007”, and awarded with the “Trendsetter of the Year” award in 2008 by Modern Bride. Christy has been featured in/ contributed to the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Robb Report, Imbibe Magazine, Food & Wine Magazine, Modern Bride, Lucky, and Gotham.
