Aisha Sharpe’s mixology skills have been acclaimed by The New York Times, New York Magazine and top restaurant and club owners. Sharpe began her bartending career in 1996 and is the co-founder of Contemporary Cocktails, Inc., a global, full-service cocktails and spirits consulting firm. Contemporary Cocktails provides counsel for leading spirits companies, including Moët Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, Cooper Spirits, Kobrand and William Grant & Sons and set up beverage programs for Toa Beach at the Venetian Hotel and BED, NY. Sharpe is a member of the Beverage Alcohol Resources Program (BAR) as well as the BarSmarts program, which conduct educational trainings and seminars around the country.
