The goal of this fast-paced and entertaining session will be to demystify and define what it REALLY TAKES to be a beverage consultant and to set benchmarks for knowledge, for standards, for service and professionalism, in order to ensure that consulting remains a respected and valuable profession within the beverage industry for many years to come.

A handful of the country’s busiest and most respected consultants will share their insights and experiences; from the nuts and bolts of building restaurant and hotel beverage programs to creating cocktails and producing events for brands, to developing successful educational seminars and learning to effectively operate and market a small business.
