This seminar will focus on what is a hot topic amongst creative people of all disciplines; "Who has a right to my creative work?" Questions of interest will include "If I submit a recipe which is printed online, can anyone duplicate my idea and profit from it?" " If I leave a bar or restaurant where I created a cocktail list, do they have a right to keep listing my drinks after I leave?" What about all these cocktail competitions ? what are the limits of a brands use of my submissions? Riley Lagesen will be on hand to shed some light on all of this and more.
