Where Paris, New Orleans, and Colorado will converge. Break out your best reds, blacks, hats and feathers to join Montanya Rum for a Moulin Rouge Spirited Dinner at the Little Gem Saloon’s incredible Ramp Room! Enjoy traditional Creole cuisine by renown New Orleans-native Chef Robert Bruce in this beautifully-renovated, historic gem just steps from the French Quarter on Rampart Street. Cocktails will be paired by Karen Hoskin – owner, distiller and lead mixologist for Montanya Distillers in Crested Butte, Colorado. Entertainers, including Montanya’s own brand ambassador Vivienne VaVoom, will wow our guests by conjuring Montmarte, Paris (1920′s vintage burlesque tease and fan dancing, traditional can-can, stiltwalkers, contortionists and clarinet jazz) with exceptional cuisine at French-style long tables, all accompanied by fresh, artisan rum cocktails prepared with utter precision.

Montanya Rum Cocktail Pairing: The Montanya Sidecar – a modern twist on a classic cocktail with Montanya Oro Rum, fresh squeezed orange, fresh squeezed lime and a touch of simple syrup and orange bitters, served martini-style.
Buffet Station 1:
Oysters on the Half Shell with Louisiana Caviar and Mignonette
Montanya Rum Cocktail Pairing: The Basil Paradisi, a basil infusion of Montanya Platino Rum with fresh squeezed grapefruit and a touch of honey, served martini style.
Buffet Station 2:
Crab and Corn Bisque
Cocktail Pairing: Choice of a Sipper of Montanya Oro Rum on the rocks, or The Black Passion – passion fruit puree, black cherry, lime, Montanya Platino Rum and a dash of agave, served on the rocks garnished with a black cherry.
Buffet Station 3:
Crawfish Cakes with Celeriac Slaw and Remoulade
Cochon De Lait with Horseradish Sauce and French Bread Rolls
Paired with: The Fiery Mojito – pineapple and habanero-infused Montanya Platino Rum with fresh lime, fresh mint and topped with soda, served on the rocks.

Cocktail Pairing: A sipper of Dr. Bob’s Snake Oil – a handmade liqueur of Montanya Oro Rum soaked with oranges, lemons, cloves and vanilla, or The Strawberry Jive, fresh muddled strawberries with Montanya Platino Rum, fresh lime, mint and simple syrup, served martini style and garnished with a fresh strawberry.
Menu items and cocktail pairings are subject to change based on seasonal and local availability of ingredients.
French tables will accommodate up to 15 people. Groups may reserve a whole table of 15 if they prefer, but smaller groups will be paired with other guests. Single guests are welcome.
