Tales of the Cocktail's Bar Room Brawl, sponsored by Grand Marnier, is more civilized than an old-fashioned bout of fisticuffs, and is far from a frat party hoedown. In this first-of-its-kind throw down, designed to take bartender competitions to a new level, our good friends at Grand Marnier and Tales of the Cocktail have selected six of America's finest cocktail bars, from around the country, and the bartenders of each of these bars will compete together with the top performing bar team being selected as the team behind America's best cocktail bar!
Our illustrious panel of bartenders, critics, and operators, will judge each team with extremely detailed scoring, as the bartenders prepare cocktails not only for the judges, but for the guests as well, as this will become a party to rival even the grandest of the Grand Marnier parties.
Once the judges have made their decisions, the people will speak, as the cocktails flow, the Cajun inspired food is served, live music by Papa Grows Funk fills the room, and every attendee will have the opportunity to sip, sample, and select their favorite as well. No after party needed, as the festivities will continue until the wee hours, with even more Grand Marnier cocktails being prepared by the aka wine geek team.
